With the completion of the piling of the jacket foundation at the No. 10 wind turbine location of the Yudean Yangjiang Qingzhou Offshore Wind Farm Project, the large-scale construction of the YUDEAN Yangjiang Qingzhou No. 1 and No. 2 offshore wind power projects has officially started.
The total installed capacity of the project is 1GW. Qingzhou No. 1 project has a capacity of 400MW, is situated 50 km from the coast with water depths ranging from 35 to 38 meters. Qingzhou No.2 has a 600MW capacity, is situated 55 km from the coast in water depths ranging from 37 to 43 meters. A total of 92 typhoon-resistant MySE11-230 offshore wind turbines are to be deployed in the Qingzhou project.
