The Baihetan (Sichuan) – Zhejiang DC ±800kV power transmission project is a national key project of “power transmission from west to east” and one of the main power transmission channels of Baihetan Hydropower Station, the second largest hydropower station in China in terms of installed capacity.
The project starts from Butuo County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, and ends in Linping District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, passing through five provinces including Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Anhui and Zhejiang, with a total length of 2121km.
