On the morning of November 26, the foundation of the onshore control center at the Shenergy Hainan CZ2 offshore Wind Power project was laid in Danzhou city, Hainan province, marking the start of the construction phase of the project.
Located in Beibu Bay, Danzhou City, the project is jointly invested by Shenergy Group and Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group. The project centre is located approximately 25km from the shore and the water depth is 15-25m, with a planned installed capacity of 1,200MW.
