The 2022 Shanghai Special Fund for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction has been released by Shanghai DRC, awarding 500 CNY/kW for projects that can meet one of the following two conditions:
- The project centre is located at least 50km from the shore and the project constructed in the sea area under the jurisdiction of Shanghai city
- Offshore wind power projects constructed in the sea area under national jurisdiction and with power consumed in Shanghai
The reward is allocated over 5 years at a rate of 20% per year. The annual reward amount for a single project shall not exceed 50 million yuan.
