Jiangsu Province officially issued the “List of Major Provincial Projects for 2022”. The “List” includes a total of 220 implementation projects and 27 reserve projects, with an annual investment of 559 billion CNY (88 billion USD), an increase of 6 billion CNY YoY. Among them, the Yancheng Mingyang wind power equipment project is scheduled to start in 2022 and be completed in 2025. After the project is fully put into production, the annual output for wind turbine mainframes and large blades will reach 120 sets, and output for intelligent electronic control systems will reach 200 sets. Yancheng Shanghai Electric Offshore Wind Power Equipment Project is planned to start construction in 2022 and be completed in 2023, with a construction area of 15,000 square meters. It will include an 8-20MW offshore wind turbine R&D and testing center, with an annual output of 80-160 sets (depending on production arrangements) of 8-15MW offshore wind turbines.
