The third batch of market oriented solar power generation projects for 2022 has been released by the Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission. The projects will be connected competitively, that is, the selected projects will be connected to the grid outside the scope of guaranteed grid connection.
The developers can connect to the grid after implementing the conditions for grid connection through self-construction, co-construction sharing, or purchasing services. The grid connection conditions mainly include flexible adjustment capabilities such as pumped storage, thermal storage solar thermal power generation, thermal power peak regulation, new energy storage, and adjustable load. In addition, all projects must be fully grid connected before the end of 2024.
