Haili Wind Power announced that it plans to invest in the construction of a “200 sets of offshore high-end equipment manufacturing and export base project” in the Yangpu Economic Development Zone in Hainan province, with a total investment of CNY 1 billion (USD 140 million).
The project will mainly consist of manufacturing of large-scale offshore wind tower, jacket platforms, modulized offshore substation, floating foundation, etc..
