China Dongfang Electric Group, China Datang Hainan Energy Development, and China Power Construction Corporation signed the “Hainan Yangpu Offshore Wind Power Industrial Park Cooperation Agreement” in Yangpu. Relying on their capital strength and technological and manufacturing capabilities, the three major groups will deploy a complete 10 GW offshore wind power manufacturing base in Yangpu.
