A “Letter on Implementing the Supervision Opinions of the Supervision Team of the State Council” recently issued by the Yulin City Energy Bureau pointed out that on August 31 2022, the Supervision Team of the State Council proposed to stop the use of special tickets for coal sales in Yulin City.
The Yulin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have decided to stop all coal-related enterprises in the city from using coal management tickets in Yulin City from September 1st. The local coal management ticket system that has been running for 16 years has been completely cancelled. Coal market players expect that the abolishment of such a system could smooth the process of coal production, logistics, and transportation.
