Adoption of Energy Performance Contracting services by public institutions will receive policy support

The GGI (National Government Offices Administration), NDRC and MoF Jointly issued the “Opinions on Encouraging and Supporting Public Agencies to Adopt Energy Performance Contracting”.

The document encourages public institutions to obtain energy management services via market-oriented mechanisms to stimulate the market while improving energy-saving management and the efficiency of energy use and resource utilization.
