Guangdong province’s Development and Reform Commission published the ‘2022 Key Construction Project Plan’. The plan includes 38 wind power projects representing 35.24 GW in capacity. Among them, the plan states that 500 MW of offshore wind project will be completed and 950 MW will start construction. 13 offshore wind projects representing 21.4 GW in capacity will enter a pre-construction phase.
