is an experienced technical and business innovator, possessing
broad industry experience and a proven ability to succeed between
Western and Chinese cultures. The firm's Directors are introduced
in more detail below.

Chris Raczkowski
As a partner and managing director of EcofysAzure, Chris
specializes in renewable energy technologies, technology
transfer and project development.
Chris has 14 years of professional experience in a
range of positions within large multinational corporations
and start-up operations. Responsibilities have included
process engineering, production/quality/engineering
management, operations management and project management
in the US, Europe and Asia, and transfer and start-up
of multiple manufacturing operations into China, Singapore
and Indonesia. In addition, he has worked as an independent
technical and management consult delivering expertise
for sustainable energy development to companies in Europe
and China.
Chris holds BS and MS degrees in Materials and Mechanical
Engineering from Harvey Mudd College in the US, and
he completed his MBA in Holland at the NIMBAS Graduate
School of Management. |

Juanli Han
Juanli Han is one of the three founding partners of
Azure International, which became EcofysAzure in late
2007. She has 12 years of management, consulting and
entrepreneurial experience across various industries
in China and the Netherlands, and more than five years’
involvement with sustainable energy and related sectors.
Juanli has assisted a number of international corporations
with their business and manufacturing start-up operations
in China since the 90s. In 2001-2003 she founded and
led a consulting company in the Netherlands which helped
Dutch companies with China market entry strategies and
training. In addition to her current role of supervising
the CDM business in China in partnership with OneCarbon,
she also manages the development of wind farm &
biogas projects and provides advisory capacity for EcofysAzure’s
key consulting assignments. Juanli specializes in Renewable
Energy, Project Development, China Market, Government
Relations and Corporate Strategy.
Juanli holds a BA from China and an MBA from the Netherlands. |

Stephen Terry
Stephen has expertise in foreign direct investment,
M&A, corporate structuring, venture capital, business
development, and energy project development. His responsibilities
at EcofysAzure have included the structuring and financing
of several of the company’s ventures and leading several
major strategic assignments with EcofysAzure’s partners.
From September 2004 until June 2006 he concurrently
served as CFO of Azure International partner company
Synthesis Energy Systems Inc., where he successfully
led several rounds of financing and the public listing
of the company in April, 2005 (SES, OTC symbol SYMX).
He is currently acting CFO of EcofysAzure partner company
Han Wind, a wind project development company focused
on China.
Prior to joining EcofysAzure, Stephen spent 6 years
with Goldman Sachs in New York and London, completing
corporate finance and M&A transactions across a
range of industries. He also served as Research Fellow
for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization
in Beijing, where he worked on projects focused on Chinese
SME development, FDI and venture capital.
Stephen graduated with an engineering degree from
the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds
the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is proficient
in Mandarin and Spanish. |
