In this article, Azure research and advisory director Sebastian Meyer is quoted saying that Chinese manufacturing outputs had outpaced the amount of turbine orders from development companies, shrinking turbine backlog from 11-12 months. He also said that the cost of capital is going up as global interest rates, including those in China, are climbing, making it more expensive to borrow.
